Whether you are specific support for developing sporting performance, needing a push to hold yourself accountable or unsure on where to start... I will work with you to tailor a training plan specific to your needs.

What to expect

Private sessions are 45 minutes in length and are available both early mornings and afternoons 6 days a week, for anyone aged 12 years or older. Together we will develop a plan that will address your end goal whilst also working to your budget.

First Step!

I am currently operating 1 on 1 personal training sessions at PCYC Cairns. Before beginning our training together it is important to book in for an initial consult. Here we will discuss your current ability and goals in order to develop a plan and schedule specific to you.
