MY STORY
I have been a gym coach for 6 years and thoroughly enjoy helping people with their health and fitness. Too often, I see people enter the gym who aren’t well informed or follow common misconceptions and therefore, do not achieve the results they desire. One of the biggest demographics that I notice struggle are young athletes.
If you aren’t a body builder… why train like one?
Unfortunately, due to influence from under-qualified people on social media, too many people begin to follow a routine that will not necessarily work for them. For instance, training that consists of movements which do not correspond with their chosen sport. This can lead to poor performance and lost potential.
My Focus
I have launched my Athletic Development program to pass on my knowledge to those who are wanting to get serious with their athletic aspirations. There is a big blank space in the industry for athletes wanting to take the next step to increase their functionality in their sport. I am here to provide you the opportunity to reach your potential.
My Experience
I have played a variety of sports since a young age. I have had experience playing Basketball, Volleyball, AFL, and mostly, Football (Soccer). I very quickly became fixated on how professional athletes prepare their bodies for peak performance and began training in the gym when I was 14. This passion in health and fitness led me to complete my Certificate 2 in Sport and Recreation, and Certificate 3 in Health and fitness in High School.
After I graduated I began working at a gym and this was a massive eye opener for me…
Since I started working in the gym 5 years ago I have had the pleasure to work alongside some great minds of the fitness industry. These people have helped me to develop my understanding of the bodies functionality to which I have been able to put this into practice for hundreds of clients. My clients’ goals range extensively, from hypertrophy, strength, weight loss, cardiovascular endurance… you name it!
I am currently certified with a Certificate 4 in Health and Fitness and a Diploma in Sporting Development. I have designed this program and continue to adapt it after years of experience with the hopes of helping you make a real difference in your life and to give your sporting aspirations a real spark.
