Adopt a more efficient movement pattern to improve your speed and agility on the field. Utilising state of the art technology to gain insight on your current current performance and receive immediate feedback through video analysis and performance laser gates.

What to expect

The sprint development sessions are run either in private or small groups with multiple time slots available both mornings and afternoons throughout the week. Each session will focus on individual components of sprinting and change of direction to develop the correct techniques that specifically relate to on field performance.

The program has been carefully constructed to follow a 6-week periodised plan, with testing sessions conducted to ensure each individual is on the right track.

Closely Monitor Performance

Take advantage of access to the world class Swift Performance Dual Laser Gate System to track performance over various sprinting, change of direction and reaction based drills to closely monitor performance and ongoing improvements to speed.

Getting started

Seperate group sessions are available for juniors aged 8-12, youth aged 13-17, and 18+. If you participate in a sport such as AFL, Rugby League, Soccer or Hockey, this program is for you!
