Create efficient movement patterns

Regardless of the level of experience an individual athlete may have in their respective sport, I always see so many poor movement patterns in regards to sprinting and change of direction. For athletes wanting to improve and move onto a higher level, if you are unable to move efficiently on the field of play, other players who can will always be selected ahead of you.

What to expect

The sprint development sessions are run in small groups with multiple timeslots available both mornings and afternoons throughout the week. Each session will focus on individual components of sprinting and change of direction to develop the correct techniques that specifically relate to on field performance.

The program has been carefully constructed to follow a 6-week periodised plan, with testing sessions conducted to ensure each individual is on the right track.

Getting started

The small group Sprint Development sessions are tailored for 13-17 years old that play in Soccer, AFL, Rugby and Hockey. If you perform a sport that may require different techniques such as track running or basketball, private sessions would be recommended as better suited alternative.
